Recharge Land is a digital platform providing prepaid mobile recharges, DTH renewals, FASTag top-ups, utility bill payments via Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), digital brand gift cards, and wallet services in partnership with authorized telecom operators and payment providers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details entered (such as mobile number, DTH subscriber ID, biller consumer number, operator, and amount). Recharge Land operates as an automated processing intermediary; successful transactions executed with the operator or biller based on user-provided details cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

• Wallet balances can be used exclusively for transacting digital services within the application.
• Retailer commissions and cashback margins are credited automatically upon successful recharge settlement as per active rate sheets.
• Referral rewards (including milestone bonuses) require genuine referred users to complete their qualifying first recharge (₹100+). Fraudulent activity or synthetic account creation will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

• Transactions are processed in real-time. If an operator's server experiences temporary downtime, the order status will be marked as 'Pending' until confirmed by the operator.
• In the rare event of a failed transaction where funds were deducted, the full amount is automatically refunded and credited directly to your Recharge Land Wallet instantly (or to your source payment method within standard banking timelines).

Our application may use cookies and local storage technologies to improve user experience, maintain secure authentication sessions, preserve theme preferences, and personalize your experience.

All trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, user interface designs, and proprietary platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of Recharge Land Private Limited and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for any feedback, transaction details, or support messages submitted through the platform. We strictly prohibit abusive, fraudulent, or automated bot activities and reserve the right to suspend offending accounts.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, operators, or payment services. We are not responsible for external content, independent privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.

Recharge plans, data benefits, talktime validity, and bill details are sourced directly from telecom operators and the BBPS central unit. Operators reserve the right to modify plans without notice. Users are advised to verify active plans before payment.

We shall not be liable for any indirect damages, business losses, or issues arising from misuse of the application, operator network downtime, banking gateway delays, or inaccurate third-party information beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services and update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of Recharge Land shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We strive to provide instant and reliable services. However, please verify the recipient mobile number and operator plan before confirming payment. Successful recharges confirmed by telecom operators cannot be reversed. In case of failed transactions, deductions are automatically refunded to your Recharge Land Wallet.
